Answers to the most asked questions.

How can I order?

Let’s assume you’ve fallen in love with one or more “goodies” in our webshop. The next step is very simple: just add the item or items to your Shopping Bag. Once you’ve finished shopping, click  ‘Your Shopping Bag’ in the top-right corner of the webshop screen.

You’ll then be guided through the purchasing process step by step. It’s important to fill in the correct address details because that’s where your package will be sent. Please double-check that the information is correct, otherwise your package won’t arrive! If you have a different billing/delivery address, that’s no problem. Simply indicate this when placing your order.

How can I pay for my order?

Sienna Goodies accepts several methods of payment: 

  • Online banking (i.e. Bancontact / Mister Cash, iDEAL, KBC/CBC Online, ING Home’Pay, Belfius Direct Net)
  • Online payment systems (i.e. PayPal)
  • Credit cards (i.e. VISA, MasterCard)

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Beyond Belgium, you can also have your parcels shipped to The Netherlands, Luxemburg, Germany, France and the United Kingdom.

Can I also have my order shipped to either the Sienna, Sienna & Lois or Sienna & Faye store?

Yes. You can have your parcel be delivered to our Sienna, Siena & Lois or Sienna & Faye stores at NO COST. For pick-up, typically, your parcel will be in the store of your choice the day after you placed your order. We will hold on to it for 7 days so you can pick it up in that period whenever is convenient for you!

When can I expect my order?

Within the Benelux, the delivery of your parcel normally takes 1-2 working days.

Deliveries to France, Germany and Great Britain normally take 1-4 working days.

During bank holidays and sale-periods delivery may occasionally take a bit longer. Furthermore, shipments to islands may take longer. Unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control (i.e. extreme bad weather, strikes, …) may also cause a delay in the delivery of your parcel.

How much is postage for an order?

The cost of shipment within the Benelux is 4,95 euros.

Does your order exceed 100 euros? Hurray! We’re happy to ship your order for free! If you choose to pick up your parcel in our Sienna, Sienna & Lois or Sienna & Faye store there’s also no cost!

Outside the Benelux, the costs are as follows: For Germany the cost of shipment is 8,95 euros; for France and Great Britain it is 12,95 euros.

Can I return ordered items?

You always have 14 days in which to exchange or return the goodie(s) you’ve ordered via Sienna Goodies. Once we’ve received your package, we’ll refund the purchase price to you within 14 days.

Important: goodies must be complete (i.e. together with a belt if that was part of the original product) and in their original packaging with their price tags attached, and not have been worn, washed or damaged in any way.

For reasons of hygiene accessories can’t be returned. Also our gift vouchers are not refundable or exchangeable due to their personalized nature.

Will you restock sold out items?

If possible, we will always try to restock our ‘goodies’!

 

Can I cancel or change my order?

Once you have paid for your order, changing or canceling is not possible anymore. After receiving your order, you can still return your item(s) or exchange for another size if needed.

 

I have received an item I didn’t order or a faulty item. What to do? 

If you received an item that you didn’t order or a faulty item, please send them back to Sienna Goodies. In these cases we will pay the return costs.
