In case you're not happy with your purchase, know we'll provide an easy and transparent return process.

"When purchasing products, a consumer has the possibility of dissolving the contract, without giving reasons and without having to pay a fine, during fourteen days. This withdrawal can be done verbally, although it is highly recommended to do this in writing or via e-mail for the sake of evidence. This period commences on the day after the consumer received the product or a representative previous designated by the consumer and announced to the trader”(Source: Sienna Goodies, Terms & Conditions, Article 6, Right of Withdrawal)

 

Can I exchange or return my purchase?

You always have 14 days in which to exchange or return the goodie(s) you’ve ordered via Sienna Goodies. Once we’ve received your package, we’ll refund the purchase price to you within 14 days.

Important: goodies must be complete (i.e. together with a belt if that was part of the original product) and in their original packaging with their price tags attached, and not have been worn, washed or damaged in any way.

For reasons of hygiene accessories can’t be returned. Also our gift cards are not refundable or exchangeable due to their personalized nature.

Sienna Goodies reserves the right to reject the return of products, which are not returned in accordance with our Returns Procedure, and we may request that you pay for the shipping of such goods back to you.

Sienna Goodies can not carry any cost or responsibility regarding the return shipment initiated by the buyer.

 

What if I want to return my order?

If you change your mind or realize you’ve ordered the wrong size then you can return your order. To do this, you need to send an email message to info@siennagoodies.com within 14 calendar days, counting from the day after you received your order. When doing this, please make sure that you mention your name, customer number, order number and the item number(s).

After this email you can send your returns (at your own costs) to below address. Important: Don't forget to include the packing list when sending your returns! Please ensure that we receive your returns within 7 days after your email message. Otherwise we will unfortunately not be able to process your returns.

Please make sure the goodies are packaged in a sufficiently sturdy and neutral box (not showing a logo) so that we receive the goodies in an undamaged condition. Also, please ensure sufficient postage when you return it! We’ll credit the amount to your bank account within 14 days of its receipt. Note that refunds are made using the same payment method (i.e. online banking, online payment systems, credit card and/or gift card) that you have chosen when placing your order.

The cost of shipment - only applicable for orders with a purchase value below 100 euros - are those costs that you have paid at the moment your order was shipped by Sienna Goodies to you. These costs are only refunded when you return all items of your order. If you return only one or some of your items the cost of shipment is not refunded.

The return cost is the cost you pay when you return (part of) your order to Sienna Goodies. We will only pay the return costs (standard postal tarif) and subsequent re-delivery costs (if applicable) if the return is a result of our error or the goods are faulty.  Exception: If you ordered the wrong size and wish to receive a new size, then we’ll ship this to you for free. However, if – in the unfortunate case – this new size is also not to your liking you can send the item back to us again as outlined above in this paragraph. We’ll then refund you the money but know we’ll distract the shipment costs of the second (new size) shipment.

 

Can I return my goodie(s) to the Sienna, Sienna & Lois or Sienna & Faye store?

You can return your goodie(s) yourself to one of our boutique-stores in Antwerpen, Sienna, Sienna & Lois or Sienna & Faye. Obviously, no costs are involved here. For address details please see the ‘Our Stores’-tab.

To do this, you need to send an email message to info@siennagoodies.com within 14 calendar days, counting from the day after you received your order. When doing this, please make sure that you mention your name, customer number, order number and the item number(s). After this email you can bring your returns to one of the stores. Important: Don't forget to include the packing list when sending your returns! Please ensure that we receive your returns within 7 days after your email message. Otherwise we will unfortunately not be able to process your returns.

Note that you can only return your goodie(s). We don’t pay cash for returned goodies in the boutique-stores. We’ll credit the amount to your bank account within 14 days. Importantly, refunds are made using the same payment method (i.e. online banking, online payment systems, credit card and/or gift card) that you have chosen when placing your order.

 

Can I exchange my goodie(s)?

Do you want to exchange your ‘goodie(s)’ for a different size? That’s no problem! Please send a request for exchange by email to info@siennagoodies.com within 14 calendar days, counting from the day after you received your order. When doing this, please make sure that you mention your name, customer number, order number and the item number(s).

After this email you can send your returns (at your own costs) to below address. Important: Don't forget to include the packing list when sending your returns! Please ensure that we receive your returns within 7 days after your email message. Then we’ll confirm you can order the correct size (provided that it is in stock) without having to pay shipment costs. If you wish you can also collect your new goodie(s) in one of our stores, Sienna or Sienna & Lois.
