Quick delivery of your parcel to the address of your choice. 

All our parcels will be shipped by DPD.

You have several possibilities. You can have your parcel delivered to:

  • Our Sienna, Siena & Lois or Sienna & Faye stores at NO COST or,
  • Your home or an alternative address of your choice.

 

Is it possible to deliver outside Belgium?

We ship within the Benelux and to its neighbouring countries the United Kingdom, France and Germany.

We can also ship to other countries. Please contact us (info@siennagoodies.com) for a customized shipment proposal.

 

What are the costs of shipment*?

The cost of shipment within the Benelux is 4,95 euros. Does your order exceed 100 euros? Hurray! We’re happy to ship your order for free!

If you choose to pick up your parcel in our Sienna, Sienna & Lois or Sienna & Faye store there’s also no cost involved!

 

For Germany the cost of shipment is 8,95 euros; for France and Great Britain it is 12,95 euros. Importantly, note that cost of shipment outside the Benelux is fixed, regardless of order amount.

 

If you want your order to be shipped to other countries than those mentioned above, please contact us (info@siennagoodies.com) for a customized cost of shipment proposal. FYI and as example: For the USA (mainland) specifically, the cost of shipment is typically 18,35 euros if the order does not exceed 2kgs.

 

*) These costs apply only if your parcel is within the following limits: Size- max. length 175cm; max. circumference 300cm (2xheight + 2x width + length)). Weight- max. 30kgs.

 

How long does it take to deliver my parcel?

Within the Benelux, the delivery of your parcel normally takes 1-2 working days.

Deliveries to France, Germany and Great Britain normally take 1-4 working days. 

During bank holidays and sale-periods delivery may occasionally take a bit longer. Furthermore, shipments to islands may take longer. Unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control (i.e. extreme bad weather, strikes, …) may also cause a delay in the delivery of your parcel.

 

Can I also have my order shipped to either the Sienna, Sienna & Lois or Sienna & Faye store?

Yes. You can have your parcel delivered to our Sienna, Siena & Lois or Sienna & Faye stores at NO COST. For pick-up, typically, your parcel will be in the store of your choice the day after you placed your order (note - you will receive a confirmation email when your parcel is ready for pick up). We will hold on to it for 7 days so you can pick it up in that period whenever is convenient for you!

Can I choose when my order is being delivered?

When you place your order we will take care of it as soon as possible. For shipments within the Benelux:

  • If you order on a workday (Monday – Tuesday – Wednesday – Thursday) before 2pm, typically, your order will be delivered the next day;
  • If you order on a Friday before 2pm, then your order will be delivered the Monday after the weekend;
  • If you order on a Friday (after 2pm), Saturday or a Sunday, then your order will be taken care of the following Monday and will be delivered to you the next day.

Also, upon your order placement, you can still opt for an alternative day of delivery and/or delivery address via DPD’s www.nieuwelevering.be . Here you can also choose to have your parcels be delivered to one of the 1500 DPD Parcel Shops where, subsequently, you can pick it up.

Note that no deliveries are made on bank holidays.

 

Can I also have my order delivered at my work address?

When you expect you won’t be at home during working hours of our delivery services, then you can opt to have your parcel delivered to an alternative address of your choice.

When you place your order, you have the possibility to highlight a shipment address, which is different than your billing address.

 

Will I be kept informed about the status of my order?

Yes. After you placed you order you will immediately receive two emails, one which confirms your order and one which confirms your payment.

Later, when we effectively ship your parcel you will receive another email from DPD, which provides you with 'Track & Trace' information regarding your parcel delivery. Note that DPD’s Track & Trace service (www.dpd.be/trackandtrace) allows you to track the status of your order in detail at any moment. 

Interestingly, on the day of delivery of your parcel, please be informed that you can obtain an 1-hour time window of the delivery via www.dpdpredict.be which enables you to manage your planning.

If you have created an account on the Sienna Goodies webshop, you can also track the status of your order on the webshop itself. 

Also, you can always call DPD's customer service (+32 (0)70 222 222) directly with any queries you may have about your order. When doing so, please have your order information at hand.

 

I have not yet received my parcel. Has it already been shipped?

When your parcel leaves our offices and is accepted by DPD you will receive an email from them which provides you with 'Track & Trace' information regarding your parcel delivery. Note that DPD’s Track & Trace service (www.dpd.be/trackandtrace) allows you to track the status of your order in detail at any moment. 

In case you have not received such an email, you can always check the status of your order via your Sienna Goodies account. Please log into your account where the status of your order will be shown.

You can't access your Sienna Goodies account anymore? No worries! Just send us an email at info@siennagoodies.com and we’ll check for you with DPD.

Also, you can always call DPD's customer service (+32 (0)70 222 222) directly with any queries you may have about your order. When doing so, please have your order information at hand.

 

I have provided my home address* as delivery address. What happens if the DPD associate arrives at my door whilst I’m not at home that very moment?

The DPD associate will make one attempt to deliver your parcel at your address.

After an unsuccesful delivery, the DPD associate will deliver your parcel the same day to a DPD Pickup parcelshop in your neighbourhood. Here you can pick up your parcel at your earliest convenience - even that same day or later, if desired. Note that DPP has over 1500 Pickup parcelshops in the Benelux with one or more in your immediate neighbourhood.

Importantly, after the unsuccessful delivery, the DPD associate will also leave you a note in your mailbox with all relevant information regarding your parcel, including the DPD Pickup parcelshop where (s)he will deliver your parcel.

Furthermore, you can always call DPD's customer service (+32 (0)70 222 222) directly with any queries you may have about your order. When doing so, please have your order information at hand.

I have provided my business/work address as delivery address. What happens if the DPD associate can't make the delivery?

The DPD associate will make 3 attempts to deliver your parcel at your business/work address.

Each time the DPD associate can't make the delivery you will be made aware of this via a note that the associate will leave behind for you. If desired you can use the information on this note to contact DPD to modify the day/time of delivery and/or the delivery address.

Also, you can opt for an alternative day of delivery and/or delivery address via DPD’s www.nieuwelevering.be . Here you can also choose to have your parcels be delivered to one of the 1500 DPD Pickup parcelshops where, subsequently, you can pick it up.

If, after three times, the DPD associate has not been successful delivering your parcel to you then the parcel will be send to a DPD depot. Here it will be kept for another 10 days which gives you time to collect it yourself. If the parcel has not been collected after 10 days it will be send back to Sienna Goodies.
