Quick delivery of your parcel to the address of your choice.

You can choose between 3 different delivery options. You can make the choice in the checkout process of your order.

1. You can have your package delivered to your home or to another address, eg your work.
2. You can have your parcel delivered to a pickup shop or collection point near you. 
3. You can have your parcel delivered for FREE in one of our stores in Antwerp (Sienna or Sienna & Faye), Ghent (Sienna Ghent) or Breda (Sienna Breda). 

We work together with PostNL for the first 2 delivery options. 

We deliver in the Benelux and in France and Germany. We can also deliver to other countries. Please contact us at [email protected] so that we can make you a personalized proposal.

We are happy to track your delivery on your behalf with PostNL and have access to their extensive tracking systems. This way we can quickly find out the status of the delivery of your package.


What are the shipping costs*?
The shipping costs depend on (i) the country to which your order is being sent and (ii) whether you have your order delivered to a private or other address (e.g. work) or whether you have it delivered in a pickup shop or point. Having it delivered in a pickup shop or point is cheaper and offers you the option to pick up your order when it suits you (your package will remain available for you in the pickup shop for 7 calendar days). Collecting your order in a Sienna store is free.


Delivery to an address of your choice
The shipping costs are 5.95 euros for delivery within Belgium. For the surrounding countries, the shipping costs are as follows: for the Netherlands, 6.95 euros; Luxembourg 10.50 euros; Germany 11.50 euros; and for France, 14.50 euros.

Is your order greater than 125 euros and being delivered in Belgium or the Netherlands? Yay! We will cover the shipping costs!


Delivery to a PostNL pickup shop or collection point near you
The shipping costs are 4.95 euros for delivery within Belgium and 5.95 euros for the Netherlands. Unfortunately, delivery to a pickup shop or collection point is not available in other countries.

We also cover the shipping costs if the order exceeds 125 euros and is delivered in Belgium or the Netherlands!


Collection of an order in a Sienna store
If you intend to collect your order in one of our stores in Antwerp (Sienna or Sienna & Faye), Ghent (Sienna Gent) or Breda (Sienna Breda), there are of course no shipping costs.


Comments:
- For deliveries outside Belgium, the shipping costs are always fixed, regardless of the order value.
- If you have provided an incorrect delivery address and your package is returned to us, we can re-deliver it to you upon payment of the transport costs for the second delivery. If you cancel the second delivery, the transport costs and administration (incl return-to-sender) costs of € 2.50 will be charged when calculating your refund.
- An island surcharge may be charged for deliveries to islands. Please contact us for further information about these costs by email ([email protected]).
- Sometimes customers wonder why we charge shipping and return costs. In this link we explain why we do this.

*) Shipping charges apply for packages with the following sizes: Size: max. Length 175cm; max. circumference 300cm (2x height + 2x width + length). Weight: max. 30 kg.


How long will it take for my package to be delivered?
Deliveries by PostNL
Delivery of your package within the Benelux normally takes place within 1-3 working days, including on Saturdays. 

In principle, deliveries to France and Germany take place within 1-4 working days.

During holidays and sales periods it can take a little longer. Deliveries to islands can also take longer. Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (strikes, extremely bad weather conditions, pandemic ...) can also cause your package to be on the road a little longer. There are no deliveries during national holidays.

Important: If you have any questions or concerns about the delivery of your package, please know that you can always contact us via [email protected]. We can then request the exact status of your delivery and are happy to further follow up the delivery for you.


Collection from selected Sienna store
When your package is ready in the store of your choice, you will receive a confirmation email.

If your order is sent to one of our stores in Antwerp, your package will normally be ready in the late afternoon of the working day following the day you placed your order. Orders placed on a Friday after 2 pm are in principle ready in the late afternoon of the following Monday.

If your order is sent to our stores in Ghent or Breda, it will take a little longer before your order is ready for pick up. All orders are handled in our webshop office in Antwerp. Pick-up orders for Ghent and Breda are sent to the relevant stores every Wednesday and Friday and normally arrive there the next day. As mentioned before, when your package is ready in the store of your choice, you will receive a confirmation email.

We will then hold the package for you for 7 days; so you can come by when it suits you.

Can I also have my order delivered to my work address?
If you are not at home during the normal delivery times of our delivery services, we can also send your order to another address.

When placing the order you have the option to enter a separate delivery address in addition to the billing address. There you can enter the address where you want your parcel delivered: at your work, at someone of your family, ...


Will I be kept informed of the status of my order?
Yes. After you have placed your order and payment, you will automatically receive an email confirming your order.

Later, when your package has actually been sent, you will receive an e-mail from us / PostNL with 'Track & Trace' information regarding your package. It is also interesting that on the day of delivery of your order you can get a time window of one hour in which your package is delivered. This is useful for managing your daily schedule so that you can receive your package. You can also follow all information regarding the delivery of your order via the PostNL app via your track & trace number.

You can also monitor the status of your package in your account on our webshop.


I have not yet received my package. Has it already been sent?
When your package has left with PostNL you will receive an email from us and the carrier with 'Track & Trace' information regarding your package. You can follow your entire delivery in detail at any time using this track & trace information. You can also follow all information regarding the delivery of your order via the PostNL app via your track & trace number.

However, if you have not seen this email, you can still see the status of your order via your Sienna Goodies account.

What if the employee of the transport service is at my door when I am not at home?
The transport employee will drop by once with your package.

After the first unsuccessful delivery attempt, the transport employee will try to deliver your package to your neighbors (subject to permission) or deliver it the same day to a PostNL pickup shop or collection point near you.
Here you can then pick up your package whenever you want (within 7 working days). Know that PostNL have more than 3000 pickup shops in the Benelux, so there is definitely one near you!

It is important to know that after the unsuccessful delivery attempt, the transport employee will also leave a note for you in your letterbox with all relevant information about your package, including the pickup shop where he / she will deliver your package. You can also always retrieve this information in the PostNL app via your track & trace number.
