If we cannot resolve the issue together through our personal complaint service, you can turn to Becom, the e-Commerce quality mark we are affiliated with. Becom will mediate between you, the consumer, and us, the seller, if the complaint appears to be well-founded at first glance. Alternative Dispute Resolution: Consumer Mediation Service at Your Service
As a consumer, you also have the option to resolve the dispute out of court. You can contact the Consumer Mediation Service of the Federal Government for this purpose. They are authorized to receive any application for out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes. They will in turn process the application themselves or forward it to a qualified entity. Belgian law applies exclusively to all agreements we conclude with our customers, regardless of their place of residence. If, for reasons of international law, another law is applicable, the Belgian Law on Market Practices and Consumer Protection, as included in the Code of Economic Law, will primarily be used in the interpretation of these general terms and conditions. In case of disputes, only the competent Belgian courts have jurisdiction.
