Shipping options for your convenience

You can choose between 3 different delivery options. You can make your choice during the checkout process of your order.

  1. You can have your package delivered to your home or to an address of your choice, for example, your workplace.
  2. You can have your package delivered to a pickup shop or collection point near you.
  3. You can have your package delivered to one of our Sienna stores: Sienna Antwerp or Sienna Ghent for FREE.

For the first two delivery options, we work with Bpost and PostNL. During checkout, you can choose which carrier you prefer.

We deliver in the Benelux, France, and Germany. Customers outside these delivery areas can have their order delivered to a Bpost or PostNL point in Belgium or pick it up in one of our Sienna stores in Antwerp or Ghent. For possible alternatives, please contact us at info@siennagoodies.com

Shipping Costs: Simple and Transparent!

Shipping costs* depend on (i) the country where your order is being sent and (ii) whether you have your order delivered to a private or other address (e.g., work) or if you have it delivered to a pickup shop or collection point. Delivery to a pickup shop or collection point is cheaper and offers you the possibility to pick up your order at your convenience (your package remains available for 7 calendar days in the pickup shop). Collection of your order in a Sienna store is free.

Delivery to a private address or address of your choice
Shipping costs are 5.95 euros for delivery within Belgium. For the surrounding countries, the shipping costs are as follows: for the Netherlands 6.95 euros; Luxembourg 10.50 euros; Germany 11.50 euros; and for France 14.50 euros.

Is your order more than 125 euros and being delivered to Belgium or the Netherlands? Yay! We will cover the shipping costs then!

Delivery to a Bpost or PostNL collection point near you
Shipping costs are 4.95 euros for delivery within Belgium and 5.95 euros for the Netherlands. Unfortunately, delivery to a pickup shop / collection point is not possible in other countries.

Here too, we will cover the shipping costs if the order is over 125 euros and delivered in Belgium or the Netherlands!

After delivery, your package will remain available for you for 7 calendar days at the Bpost / PostNL collection point; so you can come by when it suits you. (If you do not pick up your package on time, it will automatically be returned to us).

Collection of an order in a Sienna store
If you intend to pick up your order in one of our stores in Antwerp (Sienna Antwerp) or Ghent (Sienna Ghent), there are, of course, no shipping costs.

We will then hold the package for you for 7 days; so you can come by when it suits you.


Notes:

  • For deliveries outside Belgium and the Netherlands, shipping costs are always fixed, regardless of the order value.
  • For deliveries to islands, an island surcharge may be applied. Please contact us for further information about these costs via email (info@siennagoodies.com).
  • We deliver in the Benelux, France, and Germany. Customers outside these delivery areas can have their order delivered to a Bpost or PostNL point in Belgium or pick it up in one of our Sienna stores in Antwerp or Ghent. For possible alternatives, please contact us at info@siennagoodies.com
  • Sometimes we get questions about why we charge shipping (and return) costs. In this link, we explain why we do this.


Important:

  • If you have provided an incorrect delivery address or have not picked up your package on time at a collection point, it will be returned to us (return-to-sender). In that case, your order will be processed as a return. The following two costs will be deducted from the refund of this return:
    (1) Shipping costs of the original delivery (even if it was free for orders above €125): Belgium: €5.95 | Netherlands: €6.95 | Germany: €11.50 | France: €14.50 | Luxembourg: €10.50
    (2) Administrative costs (incl. return-to-sender): equal to the shipping costs per country mentioned above.
  • Do you still want to receive your order? No problem! You can easily place a new order.


*) Shipping costs apply to packages with the following dimensions: Size: max. length 175cm; max. circumference 300cm (2x height + 2x width + length). Weight: max. 21kg.

Delivery Times: What You Need to Know

Deliveries by Bpost or PostNL
Delivery of your package within the Benelux normally takes place within 1-3 business days, including Saturdays.

Deliveries to France and Germany generally take place within 1-4 business days.

During holidays and sales/promotional periods, delivery may take a little longer. Deliveries to islands may also take longer. Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (strikes, extremely bad weather conditions, pandemic, etc.) can also cause your package to take a little longer. There are no deliveries on national holidays.

Important: If you have any questions or concerns about the delivery of your package, please know that you can always contact us at info@siennagoodies.com. We can then request the exact status of your delivery for you and will be happy to follow up on the delivery.

Collection at chosen Sienna store
When your package is ready in the store of your choice, you will receive a confirmation email.

If your order is sent to Sienna Antwerp, your package will normally be ready in the late afternoon of the business day following the day you placed your order. Orders placed on a Friday after 2:00 PM will generally be ready in the late afternoon of the following Monday.

If your order is sent to Sienna Ghent, it will take a little longer for your order to be ready for you in the respective store. All orders are processed at our webshop office in Antwerp. Every Wednesday or Friday, pickup orders for Sienna Ghent are sent to the respective store and normally arrive the next day. As mentioned earlier, when your package is ready in the store of your choice, you will receive a confirmation email.

We will then hold the package for you for 7 days; so you can come by when it suits you. If you can't make it during this period, please let us know; we will find a solution.

Always Up-to-Date: How We Inform You!

After you have placed your order and made your payment, you will automatically receive an email with a confirmation and overview of your order.

For Bpost or PostNL deliveries: As soon as your package has been dispatched, you will receive an email from us / Bpost or PostNL with the Track & Trace details of your order.

It is also interesting that on the day of delivery of your order, you can receive a one-hour time window in which your package will be delivered. This is useful for managing your daily schedule so that you can receive your package. Via the Bpost / PostNL app, you can follow all information regarding the delivery of your order via your track & trace number.

For collections in a Sienna store: as mentioned above, you will receive an email as soon as your order is ready in your chosen store.

Frequently asked questions regarding deliveries

Can I also have my order delivered to my work address?

If you are not at home during the normal delivery times of our delivery services, we can also send your order to another address.

When placing your order, you have the option to specify a separate delivery address in addition to your home address. There you can enter the address where you want your package to be delivered: at your work, at your neighbors, at someone in your family, ...

I haven't received my package yet. Has it been sent yet?

When your package has left with the carrier, you will receive an email from us / the carrier with 'Track & Trace' information regarding your package. You can follow your entire delivery in detail at any time using this track & trace information. You can also follow all information regarding the delivery of your order via the PostNL app using your track & trace number.

However, if you did not see this email, you can still view the status of your order via your Sienna Goodies account.

We are happy to track your delivery on your behalf with PostNL and have access to their extensive tracking systems. This way we can quickly find out what the status is of the delivery of your package.

What if the transport service employee is at my door when I am not at home?

The transport employee will come by once with your package.

After the first unsuccessful delivery attempt, the transport employee will try to deliver your package to your neighbors or deliver it the same day to a PostNL pickup shop or collection point near you. Here you can then pick up your package whenever you want (within 7 working days). Know that PostNL has more than 3000 pickup shops in the Benelux, so there is certainly one near you!

It is important to know that after the unsuccessful delivery attempt, the transport employee will also leave a note for you in your mailbox with all relevant information about your package, including the pickup shop where he/she will deliver your package. You can also always retrieve this information in the PostNL app via your track & trace number.

What if I accidentally provided the wrong delivery address or did not collect my package on time?
