Quick delivery of your parcel to the address of your choice.
You can choose between 3 different delivery options. You can make the choice in the checkout process of your order.
1. You can have your package delivered to your home or to another address, eg your work.
2. You can have your parcel delivered to a pickup shop or collection point near you. Here you can pick up your package at a time that suits you, within 7 working days.
3. You can have your parcel delivered for FREE in one of our stores in Antwerp (Sienna or Sienna & Faye), Ghent (Sienna Ghent) or Breda (Sienna Breda).
We work together with Bpost, PostNL and DPD for the first 2 delivery options. In the ordering process you can make a choice for Bpost, PostNL or DPD.
IMPORTANT: If you have a question or concern about your delivery, please contact us by email ( [email protected]) or phone (03-257 06 87). We are happy to track your delivery on your behalf with DPD or Bpost and have access to their extensive tracking systems. This way we can quickly find out the status of the delivery of your package.
Are deliveries abroad also possible?
Yes. We deliver in the Benelux and in France and Germany.
We can also deliver to other countries. Please contact us at [email protected] so that we can make you a personalized proposal.
What are the shipping costs*?
The shipping costs depend on (i) the country to which your order is being sent and (ii) whether you have your order delivered to a private or other address (e.g. work) or whether you have it delivered in a pickup shop or point. Having it delivered in a pickup shop or pointt is cheaper and offers you the option to pick up your order when it suits you (your package will remain available for you in the pickup shop for 7 calendar days).
If you intend to pick up your order in one of our stores in Antwerp (Sienna or Sienna & Faye), Ghent (Sienna Ghent) or Breda (Sienna Breda) there are of course no shipping costs.
Delivery to an address of your choice
The shipping costs are 7,50 euros for a delivery in Belgium. Is your order larger than 125 euros? Yay! We will then take care of the shipping costs!
For our neighboring countries, the shipping costs are as follows:
NL - 8,50 euros
LUX - 10.50 euros
DUI - 11,50 euros
FR - 14,50 euros

Delivery to a Bpost, PostNL or DPD pickup shop or collection point near you
The shipping costs are 6.95 euros for a delivery to a pickup shop or collection point in Belgium. Is your order larger than 125 euros? Yay! We will then take care of the shipping costs!
For our neighboring countries, the shipping costs are as follows:
NL - 7,95 euros
LUX - 8,50 euros
DUI - 9,00 euros
FR - 11,00 euros
Attention:
- Deliveries to a pickup shop / collection point within Belgium and The Netherlands can be provided by Bpost, PostNL and DPD.
- Deliveries to a pickup shop / collection point outside Belgium and The Netherlands can currently only be arranged by DPD.

Comments:
- An island surcharge may be charged for deliveries to islands. Please contact us for further information about these costs by email ([email protected]).
- For deliveries outside Belgium, the shipping costs are always fixed, regardless of the order value.
- Sometimes customers wonder why we charge shipping and return costs. In this link we explain why we do this.
*) Shipping charges apply for packages with the following sizes: Size: max. Length 175cm; max. circumference 300cm (2x height + 2x width + length). Weight: max. 30 kg.
How long will it take for my package to be delivered?
Delivery of your package by Bpost and DPD within the Benelux normally takes place within 1-2 working days. Bpost and DPD visit us on all working days to collect customer orders for shipment.
Orders sent with PostNL are only collected from us on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, after which delivery takes place within 1-2 working days (also on Saturdays). Depending on the day of your order, the PostNL delivery of your package may take slightly longer than 1 working day.
In principle, deliveries to France and Germany take place within 1-4 working days.
During holidays and sales periods it can take a little longer. Deliveries to islands can also take longer. Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (strikes, extremely bad weather conditions, pandemic ...) can also cause your package to be on the road a little longer.

Can I also have my order shipped to one of the boutique stores in Antwerp, Ghent or Breda?
Yes, that is certainly possible and at no cost.
When your package is ready in the store of your choice, you will receive a confirmation email.
If your order is sent to one of our stores in Antwerp, your package will normally be ready in the late afternoon of the working day following the day you placed your order. Orders placed on a Friday after 2 pm are in principle ready in the late afternoon of the following Monday.
If your order is sent to our stores in Ghent or Breda, it will take a little longer before your order is ready for pick up. All orders are handled in our webshop office in Antwerp. Pick-up orders for Ghent and Breda are sent to the relevant stores every Wednesday and Friday and normally arrive there the next day. As mentioned before, when your package is ready in the store of your choice, you will receive a confirmation email.
We will then hold the package for you for 7 days; so you can come by when it suits you.

Can I choose when my order will be delivered by the carrier?
When you place your order, we will prepare your package for you as soon as possible. The following applies to deliveries within the Benelux:
Shipments with Bpost and DPD
Delivery of your package within the Benelux normally takes place within 1-2 working days. Bpost and DPD visit us on all working days to collect customer orders for shipment.
- If you order on a working day (Monday – Tuesday – Wednesday – Thursday) before 2 pm, your order will in principle be delivered the next working day.
- If you order on a Friday - before 2 p.m. - your order will in principle be delivered the Monday after the weekend. Deliveries only to pickup points can also be delivered on Saturdays.
- Orders placed on Friday (after 2 pm), Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday and will be delivered the next working day.
Shipments with PostNL
Orders sent with PostNL are only collected from us on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, after which delivery takes place within 1-2 working days (also on Saturdays).
- If you order on a Monday, Wednesday or Friday before 2 pm, your order will in principle be delivered the next working day (incl. Saturday).
- If you order on a Tuesday or Thursday, your order will in principle be shipped the following working day and delivered the following working day.
- Orders placed on Friday (after 2 pm), Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday and will be delivered the next working day.
Via the Track & Trace info you can have the delivery proceed on another day or delivery address or you can indicate where it may be left (eg In the garage, or at the neighbors). You can also indicate that you want to collect it in a pickup shop or collection point.
Note: There are no deliveries during national holidays.

Can I also have my order delivered to my work address?
If you are not at home during the normal delivery times of our delivery services, we can also send your order to another address.
When placing the order you have the option to enter a separate delivery address in addition to the billing address. There you can enter the address where you want your parcel delivered: at your work, at someone of your family, ...
Will I be kept informed of the status of my order?
Yes. After you have placed your order and payment, you will automatically receive an email confirming your order.
Later, when your package has actually been sent, you will receive an e-mail from us (and also from your chosen carrier) with 'Track & Trace' information regarding your package. It is also interesting that on the day of delivery of your order you can get a time window of one hour in which your package is delivered. This is useful for managing your daily schedule so that you can receive your package.

I have not yet received my package. Has it already been sent?
When your package has left with a carrier (Bpost, PostNL, DPD) you will receive an email from us and the carrier with 'Track & Trace' information regarding your package. You can follow your entire delivery in detail at any time using this track & trace information.
However, if you have not seen this email, you can still see the status of your order via your Sienna Goodies account.

I have entered my own address* as the delivery address; what if the employee of the transport service is at my door when I am not at home?
The transport employee will drop by once with your package.
After the first unsuccessful delivery attempt, the transport employee will deliver your package the same day at a pickup shop or collection point in your area. Here you can then pick up your package whenever you want (within 7 working days). Know that Bpost, PostNL and DPD have more than 2500 (Bpost) / 3000 (PostNL) 1500 (DPD) pickup shops in the Benelux, so there is definitely one near you!
It is important to know that after the unsuccessful delivery attempt, the transport employee will also leave a note for you in your letterbox with all relevant information about your package, including the pickup shop where he / she will deliver your package.

I have entered my work / business address as the delivery address; what if the DPD employee cannot deliver my package here?
The transport employee will come by up to three times with your package.
If you are not present every time the transport employee comes by, you will be informed of this by means of a note that the transport employee will leave for you. If desired, you can contact the carrier via this letter to adjust the delivery time and / or delivery address.
If after three times it is not possible to deliver your parcel to the specified address, the parcel will be sent to a DPD depot where it remains for another 10 days. If it has not been picked up by then, the package will be returned to Sienna Goodies.
